Agreement

By using the booking site at booking-app-production-9e38.up.railway.app or scheduling service with Same Day Blades, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Same Day Blades provides mobile and drop-off knife sharpening in the Shawnee, Kansas area and nearby communities. Service types, pricing, and availability are shown at booking and may change. We will confirm appointment details by email or text when your booking is accepted.

Booking and payment

• You agree to provide accurate contact and appointment information.
• Some bookings require approval before they are confirmed; others may be confirmed automatically at checkout depending on settings shown on the site.
• Prices, taxes, and deposits or payments due are displayed before you complete booking. Online card payments are processed by our payment provider.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at (913) 961-3961 or tony@samedayblades.com.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number when booking or scheduling service, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from Same Day Blades, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts; reply HELP for help.

Your knives and property

You represent that items submitted for sharpening belong to you or you have permission to submit them. We take reasonable care while items are in our possession, but sharpening involves abrasive work; we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or issues inherent to very damaged or non-standard blades beyond ordinary negligence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Same Day Blades is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the booking site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
